Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE MINIMUM ONE YEAR JANITORIAL OR FACILITIES MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE - NO EXCEPTIONS (References will be checked).
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods of time.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills to interact with client and management team
Responsibilities:
- Perform general janitorial duties such as cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and dusting - Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas - Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste materials properly - Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed - Perform routine inspections to ensure facilities are well-maintained - Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals in a safe and responsible manner Skills:
- Custodial work - Commercial cleaning experience - Floor care knowledge Hours:
