Summary:
The Analyst is responsible for applying core financial systems updates to include AIX, Episys, and FICS system releases.
Assists the IT Operations Manager with special projects as needed.
In addition, the Analyst role is to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all technical processing on Episys, FICS and other core financial systems and that process standards are maintained, and data integrity is preserved.
Consults directly with the IT Operations Manager to resolve quality, production and data accuracy issues in a timely fashion, and functions as a primary information resource to other staff when special and/or critical quality issues occur.
Assists as necessary in developing remedies to process anomalies as directed by IT management and ensures that corrective procedures are in place.
