We are currently looking for a full-time Project Support Coordinator to join our Construction Division.
Full Job Description Responsible for:
Coordinating projects of varying size and complexity Communicating between internal project management and field supervision Daily administrative tasks Pre-construction scheduling Maintaining submittals Preparing requests for quotes Executing & tracking material orders Sending correspondence to customers Preparing and updating contract documents for internal team and field supervision Perform a wide range of analyst assignments and resolve recurring problems independently without close supervision.
Parse data and present it in a meaningful format.
Analyze project financials and budgets.
Gathering documents for project closeout In addition to:
Other tasks as directed Knowledge and Skills Required:
Knowledge of MS-Excel, MS-Word, QuickBooks Excellent written, communication, organization, analytical and prioritization skills Good client management and goodwill building ability Knowledge of construction is desired but not required Effective time management and logical decision- making ability Ability to plan and organize a team effort Capacity to motivate, lead and boost morale Capacity to handle pressure High School diploma or equivalent required.
Experience is preferred, but we will train the right person.
