Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing administrative support by collecting compiling and assisting in the preparation of various reports for program and department management.
May also work in entry level professional positions supporting various support functions or support roles.
Supporting several areas including the Print Shop where the ideal candidate would have Publisher, Photo Shop and PowerPoint experience.
Supporting other administrative areas requires a working knowledge of Excel and Word.
This position supports three different operation areas.

Ability to take meeting notes and summarize accordingly.
Ability to resolve issues independently.
Prepares statistics reports/projects for departmental and/or governmental reporting.

Skills PreferredExperience Required5-7 years relevant experience.
Education RequiredMinimum High School degree or equivalent.
College degree in Administrative Assistant Office Technology or similar program is desired.

High School Recommended Skills Administration Communication Multitasking Self Motivation Statistics Microsoft Excel Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
