Responsibilities:
1.
Implement preventive maintenance measures and perform regular inspections to identify and rectify potential equipment failures before they can escalate.
2.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment, including but not limited to PLCs, conveyors, motors, sensors, and other production machinery.
3.
Ensure that all machinery and equipment comply with health and safety regulations.
4.
Collaborate closely with other team members and departments to improve plant efficiency and productivity.
5.
Document all maintenance and repair work accurately and update maintenance records.
6.
Assist in the installation and setup of new production equipment.
7.
Train employees on the proper use of equipment and machinery to prevent accidents and improve efficiency.
8.
Stay current with the latest technologies and techniques in industrial maintenance.
Qualifications:
1.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance, specifically within the manufacturing industry.
2.
Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and troubleshooting.
3.
Proficient in the use of PLCs and other industrial control systems.
4.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
5.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
7.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Formal training in industrial maintenance, mechanical, electrical, or related field is highly desirable.
8.
Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a variety of environmental conditions.
9.
Must be available for on-call emergency repairs and scheduled maintenance outside of regular office hours.
10.
Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and positive work environment.
