- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently - Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries - Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately - Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions - Assist with basic food preparation as needed Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing - Ability to work well within a team - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
