The Position:
We need to hire a social media customer service representative for our 5-star customer service we offer.
You will be interacting with all aspects of Customer Service.
Primarily you will be responsible for The Social Media for the Company intertwining with Customer Service.
Respond to incoming Customer Service Tickets and resolve customer inquiries.
Monitor Website Live Chat and assist customers with their inquiries through this channel.
Requirements The most important requirements are to be friendly, personable, and knowledgeable of the items that we sell.
Must have excellent social media skills and typing skills.
You must also be timely and dependable.
Accurate typing skills Good general computer skills Skilled with Microsoft Office Products Job Type:
