Our focus is on leveraging technology and a global service delivery model to provide highly efficient, accurate support of the industries we service. Unique intellectual property, such as behavioral-science principles, artificial intelligence driven scripting engines and risk decision models are used to reduce performance variability and improve compliance and overall performance for Altisource and its clients.
This position reports directly to the Senior Manager of Corporate and Executive Recruiting and is solely responsible for partnering with hiring managers across all business lines to identify key recruiting needs and to utilize effective recruitment strategies that will attract and retain top talent.
Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house ATS to identify and recruit the very best candidates.
Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
Manage interviewing and hiring process to ensure high quality hires and compliance with policies and procedures.
Manage the entire life cycle recruiting from candidate generation through direct sourcing, interviewing and hiring.
Interviews all candidates presented for detailed interviewing by hiring managers to include behavioral-based interviewing methodologies.
Manages the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Develops an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate.
Assist managers in the development of job descriptions and recruiting requisitions on an as-needed basis.
Partner with hiring managers to determine, recommend and clarify hiring objectives based on hiring process.
Key Result Areas:
Successfully recruit and hire candidates within hiring timeline.
Reduce cost per hire by increasing direct hires and minimizing the use of agencies.
Develop strategic sourcing strategies and programs that will develop a pipeline of candidates.
This position requires five to seven years experience in a high volume recruiting role as well as solid experience driving the recruiting process, with accountability for meeting weekly and monthly hiring goals. The ideal candidate will be have a solid background and knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence. The candidate must possess strong organizational skills, be a strategic thinker and a self-starter. Must be able to work independently and resolve complex issues using sound business judgment.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
