Senior Data Entry Specialist

The Senior Data Entry Specialist is responsible for the collection from various sources of documents for inclusion into patent docket records.
The documents include confidential patent application documents filed in the U.
S.
Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO).
The Specialist is responsible for downloading, reviewing, analyzing and accurately recording the collected documents in PDF format into a patent tracking system as well as docketing patent prosecution due dates.

Responsibilities:
Understand all possible sources of the documents (WPTS, USPTO PAIR, administrators from Intellectual Property Law Departments within the corporation, law firms, and in-house patent professionals); correlate collected documents and data to accurately enter information into WPTS docket records Review and analyze USPTO documents and enter appropriate events/tasks into WPTS Ensure data entered into WPTS is accurate based on review of collected documents and comparison with online record summary (WPTS prosecution history) Distribute and receive documents related to patent applications as appropriate to and from various administrators from Intellectual Property Law Departments within the corporation via e-mail Collaborate with team members to meet team support/service requirements Filing and basic office tasks Other duties as assigned Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required Associate's degree or paralegal certification preferred Legal office experiences a plus Extremely detail oriented, with strong ability to multi-task Excellent organizational and document management skills Experience in a team oriented, collaborative environment Intermediate level of computer data processing experience required Minimum of one year administrative experience or data entry experience Potential for additional responsibilities to grow into a team leadership role Must be a US Citizen or permanent US resident Datrose is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
